Laptop monitor to Desktop monitor

I have a bunch of laptop monitors taken from broken laptops and i was wondering if there is such a thing as a adapter from this weird connector I've got now to something like VGA... thanks

a lot of those are proprietary connectors, meaning that they only work for the board that they were intended to work with (not really universal like vga, dvi, or hdmi). sell them on ebay or amazon.  besides, that connector has to not only provide video but power as well...it would be clunky at best.
