Intel Core i7 -4790K CPU 4.00GHz
corsair vengeance pro 16gb DDR3 (2x8gb)
Nvidia GeForce GTX 680

HAL bsods generally indicate a hardware issue of some description, but I couldn't really diagnose with what based on the information provided.

but what else can I provide if not dump files and my pc information?
here is the link with dump files

Any recent changes ?   ANY ?

Are you Overclocking ?

Did you recently open up the case, and mess with any cabling ?  Possibly tap something loose ?

More info =  faster solution

Your dump files are in a RAR file - nobody is going to open that - do a screenshot

WinRAR or winzip or even 7zip will extract the rar (or zipped) file,

if it's all text, you could simply copy/paste here

if that is not possible, 'print screen' and open in whatever paint program you have available to you

Check CPU temps

Check mobo temps

Compresed air to blow dust bunnies out of heat sink fins.

Check heat sink compound drying out even if temps ok, there can be hot spots.

Try underclock for a while and slow down RAM timings.

HAL points to hardware or really weird device driver bug.

Check SSD firmware.

Command prompt - SFC /scannow

Also try and swap in another video card for a while. I had a similar mysterious error once and it turned out to be a specific video card that works fine in any other computer. Video drivers interact at a low level so you could try different versions.

Also check if your RAM modules are in the specific qualified list for your mobo. Bad RAM doesn't crash like this, but weird incompatibilities can.

  • 2 weeks later...

I have installed new windows (I disabled windows update) downloaded from asus site drivers(Chipset,AUDIO,LAN,SATA). I did not install any other asus utilities, I am not overclocking, and today when I was copying my files it dumped again, and yesterday I left verifier.exe on.
and here is the link
