There is also still quite a lot of arable land that isn't being used for food production, while at the same time off shore farming is becoming more viable every year. There is a much greater probability that society will (if not collapse, falter wildly) due to the radical restructuring of the economy that will be caused by automation replacing the human workforce by then.
