torrentthief Posted June 29, 2015 Share Posted June 29, 2015 If you pin the neowin menu to the top of neowin using "pin main menu" it will display even when you scroll, HOWEVER, if you download a file in chrome the download bar appears at the bottom of chrome and this causes the neowin menu to disappear, scrolling does not make it re-appear.
