win7 Program to lock a keyboard

My roommates have a disabled child whom they allow to watch movies on the laptop. They have created a standard profile just for him, and are using a wireless mouse so that it can be turned off, so he can not mess around it, but the keyboard is a different story, he likes to pause and restart the movies in the middle of the movie, and it gets very annoying to say the least! So i am wondering if there is some method of disabling the keyboard so he can not do anything.
