T3X4S
just wait - it will happen Sometimes it needs another update to happen, regardless - it will get updated. And it will still be the same ugly, but functional OS. And Edge will still suck Sorry for the negativity, I was so pumped when the 1st build of Win10 went out - such an improvement over win8 - then slowly, but surely it was as if things just never improved. Sure there are decent features, and yes its an improvement - and I will probably leave Win7 - but I was hoping for so much more - where/when will the next gen stuff happen ? OK - done being negative, sorry.
+devHead Subscriber² Posted July 3, 2015 Subscriber² Share Posted July 3, 2015 Mine has been saying it's downloading the update for over an hour now, and it's still on 0%. Who knows.
helpifIcan
Mine has been saying it's downloading the update for over an hour now, and it's still on 0%. Who knows. Had that on the last build can't remember the exact procedure but if you google the error code when you reboot you can find what you need. It involved stopping the win updater renaming a folder and restarting win updater and a reboot and all is good. Hope this helps.

Had the same problem again today but I did note that the download did complete. So rebooted, stopped the windows updater restarted it rebooted and the install process started. Motor_Mouth
As of this morning you can download the ISO and install it manually. I am about half-way through doing that now, as I've not been able to get Windows Update to install any Insider builds at all. You can download it from here - http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/preview-iso
