techbeck
Finally got around to updating my 530 to the latest WP10 release available to it. Had to reset to factory since I could not get the phone to respond after the upgrade when I was trying to unlock it. Little sluggish, but it is a Nokia 530. Anyway, I DLed and applied a new wallpaper/background and it is blurry. If I set the same pic as my lock screen, it is how it should be. I am setting the background via settings/personalization so not sure why it is blurry. Ideas? Thanks

Next time read the release notes....: http://blogs.windows.com/bloggingwindows/2015/06/25/announcing-windows-10-mobile-insider-preview-build-10149/ ?SUPER IMPORTANT TO READ THIS (again): The post-upgrade migration status screen is still missing after upgrading to this build which normally shows you the progress of the post-upgrade migration. After upgrading, the Lock screen will appear frozen without the date and time for up to 10 minutes. Please be patient and let it sit
techbeck
Next time read the release notes....: http://blogs.windows.com/bloggingwindows/2015/06/25/announcing-windows-10-mobile-insider-preview-build-10149/ As to your issue, start screen backgrounds are buggy right now. Can't even change the one on my phone. Just wait for a new build. hmm, bummer. Had my WP off for a while and finally had time to update. So little out of hte loop. techbeck
Looked in to this some more. PNG images work fine for the wallpaper. Not blurry at all. Just the JPG images that are blurry.
