android Need an app to block or silence calls

My friend is using an Alcatel Fierce 2 and needs a way to block calls after a certain time. The phone does not have a built in method like my Samsung does. Can anyone recommend an app to do block calls at a specific time? Thanks

Yes, it's called the 'Power' button

Seriously, a lot of the apps are a bust, 1 or 2 are ok, but I just turn off my phone when asleep, it is so much easier, (if needed at home, there's the landline, at work, company phone etc..)

Your friend can likely do this with Tasker, you can automate tasks based on the time of day.
