They've replaced the TCP/UDP/HTTP layer with BitTorrent, so instead of downloading pages from a single server, it downloads it like a torrent file. With the browser looking essentially identical to Chromium which is identical to Chrome when it comes to looks, people are going to be quick to dismiss it.
