Cloud backup - doubts

I have 3 folders full of documents and work stuff, they are shared to several computers, i can't move those folders, my objective is having a software which i can sellect this folders to be backup directly to the cloud, without having duplicated files (for example  you have the dropbox folder and everything you send inside is savee, i don't want to send my folders inside the dropbox folder, i just want my folders to sync directly to the cloud). Do you know this kind of software?

My structure:

D:\Folder1

D:\Folder2

D:\Folder3

There are other folders inside D: but i just want this ones to be sync with the cloud.

crashplan allows you select which folders get backed up..  You don't have to backup subfolders... For example I backup my documents folder, but inside this folder I have folders that are just junk and large stuff that I don't backup.

Crashplan, will let you backup those selected targets to the cloud, an external backup drive, or another computer running Crashplan.
