Windows 10 download tool. Always "something happened". Any other download sites?

Anyone have a link to download the Windows 10 ISO that is NOT the MS download tool? I have tried downloading the ISO version (both USB and ISO) 7 times on 3 different machines all with the same result. After downloading, when "processing" it fails at the end and gives the "Something Happened" message. Don't want to use the tool, just want to download the ISO from a file host or something like that.

TechBench worked like a charm - I downloaded the ISO from there to upgrade Mom's AIO.  Three steps with Windows 8.1 (any version):

1,  Dowmload the Windows 10 ISO in the proper language for you.

2.  Mount the ISO (using the included Image Mount support in File Explorer).

3.  Upgrade by running Setup at the root of the ISO.

That's it.  (That is also the last PC needing upgrading - and no -  Home does NOT include Hyper-V support (darn).

The problem resides in your language settings and is easily fixed if you're able to re-download a specific language set.
Users should goto to settings, language and region and then go to the region for the US, click 'administrative' an change the language to English (US)

It also appears when there is no space available on the HDD you are installing Windows to.
