Error 0x80070005 downloading Windows 10 10.10547

Anybody else getting this error when downloading Windows 10 10.10547...?

If my memory serves correctly the error message 0x80070005 is similar to ACCESS DENIED. I might be wrong but I have come across this before in the past. And I have a feeling I had to perform a Reg Hack but I cannot remember what it was...? Windows 10 is installed on my Surface Pro 3 which comes with Windows 8.1 Pro x64. I think the Reg Hack was as below but I might be wrong. Although it does ring a bell. But I cannot remember

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Component Based Servicing...?

Or there are too many connections to the server which is giving access denied...? possibly.

Tried the fix to the Access Denied issue but didn't work
