Elliot B.
My dad and I have a calendar on the homescreen of our phones. Sometimes, I create an entry that we both want to appear on both of our calendars. Currently, I add him as a "Guest" and he goes to the e-mail notification and accepts it. Can either Live Calendar or Google Calendar auto-accept calendar entry invites? We don't want to create a separate, shared calendar.
0 +Zlip792 MVC Posted September 26, 2015 MVC Share Posted September 26, 2015 (edited) Share your calendar with full access (or which settings you seems preferable) with your father and then from your father's Outlook>Calendar, change his primary calendar so that only your shared calendar appear on phone's home screen. Long shot but can be given try. It will be like you accepted Calendar entry, it will auto reflected on his calendar entry since both will be shared. Sharing Calendar: and then changing primary calendar in his account: Let me search for Google. Edited September 26, 2015 by Zlip792
0 Elliot B.
I don't want him seeing my entire calendar. I'll just set one up for him and I, no worries.

Then set your events private... so he can see public events without seeing any of your private events.
