I don't know about the region changing, I don't think it's frowned upon though I don't bother doing it.

As far as one topic for all the deals, if I remember to I might do it starting after this, but the issue is that they can get pretty long.

Ah that's fair enough. I've managed to buy a few digital titles for a lot less that way. 

I would definitely post to it  Pages and pages of bargains, what's not to like?
