Defcon
Running latest build (Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.10240]) on my Dell. Sound card is the built in Realtek one. I've never had an issue on this pc. OVer the last few months, I keep losing audio after 10-15min of playback. The only fix is - - restart audiosrv (Windows Audio service) - go into 'Playback devices', right click, 'test', to make sure it works - restart media player or reload youtube tab etc. I've run Windows update, tried latest and previous 2 versions of drivers from Realtek, rebooted, all to no avail, and this is a really annoying problem that makes the pc unusable. Any ideas?
Cosmin Tătaru
Did you try changing the Bit Rate setting in your card hardware properties ? Lower the bit rate one level down and retry. FunkyMike 1 Share

FunkyMike
Did you try changing the Bit Rate setting in your card hardware properties ? Lower the bit rate one level down and retry. That. Or in some case raising it also helped some IDT cards.
