Mockingbird
Is it strange to live in (or come from) such a small town that you know everyone? Okay, you don't know each and every one personally, but you do know who he/she is. For example, you may not know her/him personally, but you know that she's Abbey's little sister, he's Robby's dad, etc.
+JHBrown Subscriber¹ Posted November 5, 2015 Subscriber¹ Share Posted November 5, 2015 I love living in a town like that. When I was stationed in England, I lived in the village of Littleport, Cambridgeshire. It was amazing knowing just about everyone there. A far cry from Southern California, where most people don't even say hello. I once left my front door wide open when rushing to work one morning, and a lad named George from two streets down, closed it for me while he was walking his dog. Here in California, most people would have kept walking. No sense of community in the majority of cities in the United States.
