Xtreme2damax
One failed, constant TDR's then no display i.e. black screen now. Another which is my last leg and no onboard graphics as backup is failing. The other was exhibiting white line artifacting on boot and artifacting when enabling sli. My remaining GTX 460 is doing the same except I am getting black artifacting in Chrome. I've been thinking of baking them to reflow the solder. I've been told and read it's a Vram issue so I'm hoping I can reflow the solder for the Vram chips and all will be good. What will it take just to reflow the Vram chips? I'm so afraid of damaging the PCB or components if I bake it if there's a chance I can restore it. If it's just the Vram is there a safer way to reflow? Money is tight atm so I'm trying to avoid spending money. At some point I'm looking to upgrade but that won't happen for a while.
Circaflex
You can try reflowing the solder on the card, see this guide https://www.ifixit.com/Guide/Repair+VGA+card+by+re-flowing+solder+on+the+board/2240.
