I have a Dell Xps One 24 ,the screen is blank, and the fans are on high. I have tried cleaning the fan and that did not help. I also tried pulling the fan out and putting it back in that did not help either.

On some computers the fans start on high before the BIOS loads and turns them down.

Sounds like the boot is dying early, or the mobo has failed.

Try looking for a "Clear CMOS" pin in the monual or close inspection of the mobo
