Hi Eldeep1990, first of all... Welcome :D

Have you updated your video cards drivers?

Hi Jose_49

It is not related to video drivers as it starts from bios boot not from the beginning of windows startup.

Just in case... Have you checked for hardware errors using Dell's utility?

Is it persistent on the external monitor as well. If Yes, then it something related to the GPU Hardware since its starting from the BIOS Screen as well.

Can you try to maximize the brightness and then reduce it for a time being?

Also look for GPU Temperatures, if they are quite high then clear the air vents of the laptop.

I got this solved by disable optimus technology from the bios.so the display works directly now from the nvidia card.and tested it till now and it works fine.

Totally Safe. Battery drain will faster but not much since all GPUs have power state.

my Precision M6800 can be a bit like that with its AMD GPU, ive set switchable gfx to only use Intel igpu when running on battery.

Issue then went away :) only happens when i fit it to the model specific dock, and never shows on any of my 4 external LEDs. All i need now is a Sherpa to carry it around for me, the thing weighs a ton! :p
