Features

There are 3 online sources for you to get wallpaper.

Bing Image of the dayThepaperwall, Vladstudio

 

 

Each source have different Setting (mainly wallpaper Resolution and category).

Some sources allow upto 4k resolution image size. But 1920x1080 is the standard.

 

There are a LOTS of interval, from 10 second to 12 hour.

Ability to choose to repeat or not repeat the old wallpapers.

You can save the downloaded wallpapers for later use.

Start with windows, Exit to system tray is also there.

 

Modern and not so Ugly UI.

Ram usage when in IDLE is around 19-25MB, and when in load 20-30MB.

I started leaning c# wpf 2-3 months ago, and finally after 2 rewrite i have created a wallpaper changer for my personal use. It is mostly a project to help me learn C# better. I have been using this for past these months and finally decided to share with other people. It is not complete and many feature is missing but it should work without any hitch(atleast works fine in my machine :p)

 

 

BTW do not use less than 3 min interval, it will create a lot of pressure on the provider's server, i have only tested it with interval > 3min.

Looks neat! Maybe you should instead force a minimum for the interval if you're concerned about the provider.

I love the concept of this program, however there seems to be an issue when I tell it to change the wallpaper, I get this error:
