This is in fact a real game, however I can't find any info on it online. I think I've asked around a bunch of times elsewhere, no one seems to remember this... It was ages ago that I walked into Blockbuster Apple Valley California, there it was on the shelf.. I asked what game that was, the lady said it was various games (turned out to be one of those multiple games in 1 cart type deal, adventure island, mappy land etc..) but rather than the usual black screen and list to choose from,  it was a character walking around a room with shelving and you talk to the shelves... I think it was supposed to be YOU shopping at Blockbuster, lol... and that's how you chose the game to play.  Being the stupid kid that I was, I didn't pretend to "lose" the game (keep it and pay a fine for a lost game) I returned it like a good boy and never saw it again.. ugh....  Well it looked similar to this, except it didn't say  "THE GAME" on it,  it was just the regular blockbuster sleeve image.
