TBH esxi 5.5 is all new to me, weve been running ESX 3.5 for longer than i remember,m but tbh Im loving esxi 5.5, so neat it takes a while to get your head out of traditional physical server limitations. Sadly no real VMware training has ever been given, but tbh best way to learn is research and have a play around with it outside of work restrictions. 

 

Id struggle to go back to just physical servers these days, such an outddated concept.

 

Heck its also easy enough to passthru USB ports from the host(s) to specific VMs, if you have hardware security keys for any software, it works flawlessly on passthru.
