It should be restricted to members. I know that you cannot change it but I thought it was back in the day.

That's up to the admins and supervisors, not a developer call, but I imagine they set it how it is on purpose...

Sorry to say that you're all about 40yrs too late - thanks to the "Reagan Revolution", our Corporate Masters have taken over America.  

 

Didn't you get the memo?  We're now "The Corporate $tate$ of Amerika" - Our Government is now "of the Dollar, buy the Politician, for the CEO".

 

Us normal citizens lost our say in government.....
