Microsoft Community is their equivalent of social fora (or Neowin.net Forums) - they have to be maintained, just as Neowin.net itself has to be.

It means Microsoft Community will undergo system maintenance on September, 10 from 9:00 AM Pacific Time. During the system maintenance, you will be ale to find and read content but you will be unable to sign in and post new content or reply.
