HELP!!! I installed VS.NET Professional Final and now I get script err

I just installed VS.NET Professional Final and now I get script errors, even when loading VS.NET Pro and I go into internet options and I disable script debugging but then I still get that errors. How can I fully disable this "feature" in XP.

Mark can u elaborate a little bit please? Is it a NAV error or a windows error?

its the script debugging screen everytime I go to a website and there is an error on it.
