Memory Could not be "read"?

I'm starting to have this pop up a couple of times a day, whenever i close a program. it's happened with several different programs. is my ram dying? :paranoid: :s

does anyone have any ideas or solutions?

neo1980, actually, its been happening after i installed one of the security updates for IE6.0. i'm not 100%, but that's the only "system" like updates i've done. everything else in the past week has just been regular software, so if i had to guess, that'd be it. but the thing i don't get is that it happens for other programs too.....weird. it's happened with musicmatch jukebox, and a few others. and there's nothing specific i can do to get it to happen. if i open and close it, it usually doesn't happen. usually, it's if it's been open for a while, and then i close it.
