andy_rose Posted February 14, 2002 Share Posted February 14, 2002 yeah, that happens to me 2 sometimes. microsoft have a patch for this(they are aware of this), but it is very buggy, so they suggest waiting for a XP SP1. but if it is a real problem like its happening eveytime, go ahead and do a search for the patch over at microsoft. Administrators Posted February 14, 2002 Administrators Share Posted February 14, 2002 have you tried a search on the MS Knoledge base under "hang at shutdown" ? you will most likly find its either power managment or a driver refusing to stop.
