samo123_uk
Now i've finally got win98 and winxp installed on seperate partitions , is there a way to quickly switch between the two O/S? For example , if i installed a game but becuase of my grphics card , it didn't work in XP but would work in win98 I would have to shut down and restart the computer and select Microsoft Windows from the selection. Kieran
U do have to reboot as the two OS's run on differnet kernals. It is impossible to be running two kernals at the same time so you would have to totally unload the kernal for xp before loading the 9x kernal, and basically you cant do this short of a reboot. crackhbob
The performance drop on using an emulation program would be too much considering he wants to play games.
