Aside from the sites already mentioned, just keep an eye on the releases at Neowin itself and gfxoasis.com as they cover most of the major ones. Most of these themes end up at DeviantArt, so you just might want to browse through their catalog (maybe sort by most downloaded, as many of the mac skins are the most popular).
