windows XP Internet Explorer Max and Min problem

HI, I'm having problem with the stupid internet explorer where you open a link from one explorer to another website, and the browser is not at max size and I have to maximize it myself, is there a way to fix this size problem? cause i hate it when i hit a url link and it open up a new internet explorer and it is not in full size

or run IE, then hold down Ctrl + Shift + Alt while you use the mouse to size the window as you want it. Now, still holding down Ctrl + Shift + Alt, click the Close box (the X in the upper right corner of the window) to close it.
