However, the first star does look out of place.... Af first I thought that it was being used as an alternate indicator for something like 5 regular stars would become the special blue-backgrounded star, or one for every 5,000 posts or something. I think that the stars should be based on how often you post, instead of post count. Hidden post counts. Some forum sections (soapbox etc.) should not be counted when calculation the number of starts that a user should have. (two variables, one that store total post count and one that store the post count in relevant sections) The whole 1337 thing sucks. 1337 is the opposite of what people actually think it means.
