Javascript include page?

In frontpage, you can do something called "include page". It's very handy if you want to reference someone else's site within your site. Also, because it goes out and downloads the page from another server, it updates when the other persons site updates. Is there anyway to do this in Javascript?

If you're refering to an SSI, not that I know of.

SSI's stand for Server-Side Includes, which sorta tells you how they're done, Server Side. Since you want a client side, implementation, it'll be a bit more difficult, if it's even possible...

SSI can't do more than local includes, just FYI.

and the javascript thing you are talking about is possible, i did it once.
