I have a couple of downloads that I offer on my site, and I need a script (has to be cgi) that does a rating (either stars, or a scale of 1-10). I'd like to make sure it wouldn't allow multiple votes (per IP) either. If anyone has seen something like this, please let me know. I need it :)
