Okay basically I've been trying to make a form where you would type in the html web address that you would like to go to (i.e. "https://www.neowin.net") and when you click submit it would take you to that page. I have gotten it to work before but with a function and it wouldn't let me do it in a frame. I'm trying to make the page load in a specific frame (mine before opened in a new window). If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
