Flash sound button help

i have a sound button, but when u click it, it disapears. i need to make it where u can turn the sound back on too. i want to make the button change from saying sound off, to sound on, after u click it to turn the sound off..... (man, i'm so confusing when i try to explain things)..... anyways.... what do i do? thanx in advance. :)

1. create 2 frames

2. add the 'stop' action to both frames.

3. go to the 1st frame and add for example the 'sound off' button

4. add the actions to turn off the sound to the sound off button (including the action to go to the 2nd frame)

5. go to the 2nd frame, add the 'sound on' button

6. add actions to the sound on button and include the action to go back to the 1st frame.
