I mean, i'm on bay 13, and i only signed up... maybe a year ago? People come and go, so they fill in the gaps... bays arent used to tell you when you signed up, its based around servers. I mean, it would only make sence to setup the people that have been with em the longest... aside from paying members. THEY should be first, and i'm not even a paying member! Also I agree, paying customers should be getting this before the free accounts. If I where a paying customer I would inquire as to why my account is not being upgraded before the free accounts.
