Yes, you get your extensions, themes and all settings with this app.

I normally backup the complete profile folder. When I paste this into a new install it keeps the themes and extensions. Not really sure what benefit this app has over my method.

I will download it and see for myself :D

Not sure if this has been suggested previously or not, sorry if it has.

Could you make this awesome tool have its own extension that is associated with the tool? To do this you would probably have to make an installer, but I'm not sure. It would make life easier if simply double clicking on the backup would start the tool and restore that backup.

Backing up the profile folder in \Application Data\Mozilla\ is all you need to do without the help of third party software, in fact I have a scheduled winrar job running on that and Thunderbird's profile folder running weekly.

No, MozBackup is much better (not that Op's app is bad) at what it does exactly how you want to backup or restore exactly what you want to restore.
