I seriously would have delete Opera with it's hideous native skin. But, do you think this would be better if it was just a little lower or is it something not everyone faces? I'm on Windows 7 x64. I mean, it's positioned a little higher than "Enter address or search" in the address bar. Incidentally, I don't know what exactly Opera did about their skins, but I couldn't find your skin...
