Also, you can download Theme Manager 2005 (it's free) at http://www.thememanager.net

Then you can download his World of Warcraft .suite file:

http://apocalypse67.wincustomize.com/views...&libid=22&UID=1

Theme Manager will then apply the .suite and download any skinning programs you need to apply it.
