Vidar
Ok. Here's my problem. I just came over from Windows XP to Linux and on XP I was using Milk. I love Milk. Nummy. Anywho, I've seen tons of different themes for different managers. Currently I'm using KDE 2.2.2. I LOVE the Aqua interface and would squeal if I could get a true 100% accurate Aqua interface. Any reccomendations on Managers/Themes to acheive this?

MulletRobZ
Upgrade your KDE to version 3 first! ;)
djpharm
There are a couple excellent Aqua themes for enlightenment. I don't think I've used any on a different WM that has the buttons on the left side as well as the right size and colors, etc.
Vidar
Wooooooooo. KDE 3 is sweet, though having to disable the kpersonalizer was a pain in the butt. I've got Acqua as the theme & decoration. Its pretty darn close to Aqua but the only complaint is that the window edges are not rounded. The buttons are the appropriate color and configuring them to be on the correct locations was a snap in kde. And I still have my G4 Girl wallpaper :D
Noerr
kde3 is a very good window manager, if you set it to use all the effect it gets unpaired
Vidar
Heh. With the way I'm going, I'm gonna be a Linux Expert in the area of reinstalling..... well.. I tried installing KDE 3.0.1. It killed Linux, which killed LiLo, which killed Windows XP. SO.... Fresh install of XP (Windows Update works for me. Nah-nah-nee-nah-nah) Gonna re-re-re-reinstall Mandrake 8.2, Mandrake Update, install snd-card-via8233, and reinstall KDE 3.0 w/ Acqua theme and style. [sigh]:ermm:

Vidar
The 3.0 stable build works great. The 3.0.1 rpms are what killed my linux. Stick with the originals :)
MulletRobZ
Ah sweet! But how can I create my own themes, including changing the Window layout? Also, installing KDE 3.0.4 worked flawless on my machine! :) Can't wait for 3.1.
