Windows Tiger??

Recommended Posts

I was reading the Neowin privacy statement, and noticed it said this:

Trademarks

While we at Neowin.net post information on Windows we also recognize that Windows, Windows Millennium, Windows.NET, Windows Tiger, Windows Blackcomb and Windows Whistler are registered trademarks of the Microsoft Corporation

What is Windows Tiger? I've never heard of it before.

P.S. I don't know if this is in the right category...

windows Tiger is/was the rumored last OS to be based on the 9x kernel (winME is the last one)

i think they already confirmed it will not be further developed
