well i have finally decided to change to x64 windows, im backing up the files now and going to use avast, its free so there is no loss there, if that does not help, ill have to use nod32 as there are so many of you here having an orgasm over it

I was very impressed with CA's eTrust anti virus. It was effective, compatible, simple to use and cheap.
