Blackwar
Hey, i was trying to post a comment under "Warez operation running in Maine" , i logged in through the link there, and refreshed the page, but it still wouldn't see me as logged in and i couldn't post.. i tried with my alternate browser, and the same thing happened.. I persoanly think it is a cookie detection error, but not sure wanted to let you guys know.. Thanks, Blackwar

Redmak Administrators Posted June 27, 2002 Administrators Share Posted June 27, 2002 Dazzla, could be that I was just uploading a part of the script (done some editing just now) For the other, I really don't know what's wrong. Most people can post and if removing cookies and cache don't work then I'm out of ideas. Your accounts are ok since you can post on the forum
Praetor
that's the wierd part: i can post on the board with no problems, but if i need to post a comment, i just can't (ask me for the login like forever lol). bpw: i just cleaned up the cokkies and still no go. :/

Blackwar
what i think it is , is that neowin could have a cookie creation problem.. because all members here probably have posted comments before and have that cookie set for them already... when i checked i have one neowin cookie, but redmak said i needed to have 2.. So now anyone that is able to post, try to clear your cookies, then try, if the same problem occurs for u, then we have pinpointed the problem :) i hope i could explain what i meant :ermm: Blackwar
