Once it's identified those no-good links, you can delete them without having to face 404 again. AM-DeadLink supports bookmarks from Internet Explorer, Netscape, Mozilla, Opera and Firefox comma-separated files and tab-delimited files. If a Bookmark has become unavailable you can delete it directly from the source. Favorites backup, Export to text and other features are available. More than that, it has a Search function which can locate a particular Favorite item based on your keyword. This is very useful for those who have hundreds of links in their Favorites folder. Additionally you can download FavIcons for all your Favorites and Bookmarks. When AM-DeadLink detects dead links it is recommended to validate the result before deleting the bookmarks from your browser.
