unimatrixzer0
Is there a way or maybe even a program that will let you forcefully, even if it might cause the computer to crash, to end a process? End Process in task manager just doesn't work. Also what do I type into Start -> Run to get to that window with the list of all the apps that start up with windows? KayMan2K
1. Windows Task Manager does work for ending processes, but will not end process that are critical to the OS. What process are you trying to close exactly? 2. MSCONFIG

Leddy
Nothing will kill a process that is critical. However, Task Manager can kill RPC (which is semi-critical).
