JD is much better on the rocks as it should be. Although I would recommend trying this one, a large cup of fresh ground coffee percolated with a single or double JD with a spoon of double whip cream. Sprinkle some Cinnamon on top it's awesome and I would recommend this to anybody. I was given this at a bar in Manhattan in 1992 believe me I have been hooked ever since then. Oh I nearly forgot in 1998 I was in Washington and was given a limited edition of JD with aniseed... OMG it was awesome and I have never seen it again. The taste was just out of this world, it was the normal taste of JD and then the aniseed kicked in which would rush through your body. Recommend this one just buy a bottle of aniseed and mix it with JD the taste is the same but different if you know what I mean.
