List Your Overclocks..

Recommended Posts

I was about to make a new topic but i'll just put this here!! Damn!! This ROX!

BTW - this is with the 42.81 drivers (no DX9 which i shall test in 1 min)

but take a look at the attachment!! CRAZY,

without OC it's 9846 3Dmarks :)

I normally never OCed but i got bored... check out the GF4 TI 4200 OCs!! I don't know nobody that got theirs that high. It's a Visiontech card if anyone is wondering.

I think i can go higher too cuz the FSB is at 152Mhz X 10.5 (default for AXP 1600+)

these tbred-b core AIUHB models are flying.. I am one of the people with the smaller overclocks.. but I dont have an unlocked multiplier until i get my Epox 8RDA+

i've seen ppl do 2.5Ghz which is amazin with minimal voltage increase.. Its insane and at only $200 AUD for these 2100+'s .. u cant go too wrong :)

Well, my 2100+ TBred B is running on an Asus A7A 266, with the bios setting @ 100 x 13 just to get it to run, but for some reason in CPU ID it says it's at 100 x 20, or 2 Ghz. I'll be happy when my new mobo gets in because as I recall, a 2100+ is supposed to be at 13 x 133.

Heh whatever, at least I have a computer again. It's been a month.

my new 2000+ sux. only at 2100+ (12.5*139) vcore: 1.80

it can reach 2200+ although, but i dont like it cause i got to run the volcano 9 at least at 3500rpm.

On my p4s8x i clock 166 bus easy (p4 2.53 @ 3.154) with pc2700 333 @ ddr400

Just got my new system,

P4 2.53 @ 2.90

SINXP1394

152 Bus (still working on 166, gotta play with the mem timings)

But i have my OCZ pc3500El @ DDR460 (230x2)with tight timings,

with looser timings i can hit 480 (240x2)

hopefully will tweak until i can run 166 bus with ddr460 that is my goal

Sandra scores now are about 3875/3847 Buffered

i started overclocking with the original celeron 300A. got mine stable at 514mhz. after that i heard about the celeron 366A chip and overclocked it to 550mhz. got a celeron II 500A chip and overclocked to 800mhz and another 566A chip @850mhz. since then got a athlon xp 1600 @ 1.75ghz default voltage. just got an athlon xp 1700 "B" at 2.08ghz! not bad for $50 from newegg.

athlon's are great chips but i do miss the old celerons which got me into PC's in the first place. :D

well, i wish i would do some overclocking...

I am just to afraid of ruining my PC.

I've read a lot about it and really would like to get into this but to afraid :(

If anybody has a link to a beginners "manual" i'd love to read it...

It seems my old post here got erased. This may change, but I'm currently running my Athlon XP 1700+ (rest of specs in sig) @ 2.197GHz. I've got it at 183x12. My HSF is just a Volcano 9 with a YS Tech fan on max (3800RPM). My temps are 45 idle, and 49-50 load. This is my first overclock and it has impressed the hell outta me. Thats a 730MHz overclock people!

amd 2200+ palimino, 1.8ghz stock, pushed it to 2.1ghz then it crashed.

I havn't tried since I got my new heatsink & fan. Probably could get it to 2.1 stable now.
