I am Redbeard
ACTUALLY, I do remeber correctly, and I know they are on the little black paper cases, thats for Diablo II. For LoD, its on the front of the one jewel case.
Pyroteknikz
I think he means that he has the game installed, he doesn't remember his CD Key, and wants to know how to find it. He already used Registry Editor and it wont work, and he wants to know what programs he can use to find his CD Key.
Wilhelmus
Google search found this. @ linuxquestions.org: Second of all, Your CD Key for LOD and Diablo 2 are imbedded into the Patch_D2.mpq and d2data.mpq files
GreenMartian
I think he means that he has the game installed, he doesn't remember his CD Key, and wants to know how to find it. He already used Registry Editor and it wont work, and he wants to know what programs he can use to find his CD Key. Or to steal one from an installed copy in a local net shop. I'm not accusing anyone of anything, merely pointing out the possibilities. I used to do the same thing during my youth days (half-life 1 was a no-brainer).That is, until i started working - and realised how hard it is to actually make money from developing software..
