Home made sleeping remedy?

try very vigorous exercise in the day and do lots of maths.. anything that would tax your brain. That should make you sleepy enough to sleep at your desired timing.

NyQuil, Benadryl, Tylenol PM short term - don't use them too much or you will get hooked

Your body needs a cycle, fall asleep and wake up at the same time every night and you will find it much easier.

1. Read one of Ransarule's threads

2. A half bottle of Whiskey

Edit Before a trigger happy mod wants to up his warn quota for January, Number 1 was a joke :p
