Hurmoth Posted January 10, 2007 Share Posted January 10, 2007 That is really awesome looking. It's to bad Microsoft didn't take advantage of the Sidebar like Yahoo has. I would turn the Sidebar back on if there useful Widgets Gadgets available, but just like for Mac OS X, there nothing but a waist of good memory and hard drive space IMO. I got to play around with this at CES -- the machines they ran it on were pretty darn beefy. I think we'll be seeing a number of new Sidebar gadgets from first and third parties at GA launch later this month. I'm going to keep using Gaim, as it's had tabbed functionality for quite a while now. The new version of Yahoo! Messenger does look very slick, though.
